Spc. Phillip B. Hogan, a wheeled vehicle mechanic assigned to the 175th Support Maintenance Company, 812th Transportation Battalion, 518th Sustainment Brigade, 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), competes in the land navigation portion of the brigade's Best Warrior Competition, here Jan. 11.
