The 633rd Aerospace Medicine Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., provides a comprehensive aerospace medicine program that promotes fitness and wellness, enhances operational performance and medical readiness, and provides primary care to flyers and their families. Additionally, the squadron oversees 1,700 aerospace physiology trainees annually, maintains oversight of a 25-bed Expeditionary Medical Support asset and manages the JBLE industrial hygiene and occupational medicine program.
