Michael Smith, deputy commanding general of First Army cut the ribbon which officially opens the new Mission Training Complex located on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Jan. 12, 2014. The MTC is the hub for the Atlantic Division's constructive and virtual training.
