Dustin Clement, both members of the South Dakota National Guard 82nd Civil Support Team, during a training exercise at Ellsworth Air Force Base Jan. 8. 2014. The 82nd CST and the South Dakota State Public Health Laboratory, of Pierre, trained on the process of using the state’s courier to send a urine and powder sample, labeled as an inorganic metal, to the state lab to test their skills for a real-life situation.
