A German Airborne Division Paratrooper (foreground) follows along as First Sgt. David Dean, A Battery, 2nd Battalion, 321st Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, conducts pre-jump training prior to a nighttime airborne operation, Jan. 13, 2014. The German Paratroopers were presented with American airborne wings following the operation. The German Paratroopers visited Fort Bragg, N.C., to gain a better understanding of the type of training the 82nd conducts in hopes of sending more German Soldiers to train with their American counterparts in the future.
