Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) maneuver a rigid-hull inflatable boat during a personnel transfer with the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61).
