A panga boat seized by the U.S. Coast Guard lies alongside the Coast Guard Cutter Aspen off the coast of Southern California. The panga and 122 bales of marijuana were seized Jan. 18, 2014, after the suspicious vessel was spotted southwest of San Nicholas Island.
