Third Marine Aircraft Wing sergeants major and master gunnery sergeants discuss the different ways to inspire young Marines to get involved with committed and engaged leadership during a professional military education course, aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Jan. 21-23. The group discussions helped the senior enlisted personnel take the commanding general’s intent and put it into action.
