Sergeant Brent Wars, a landing support specialist with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, is Marine of the Week for his efforts in the delivery of ammunition at Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Jan. 31, 2014. The delivery was difficult for all Marines involved due to extreme inclement weather, including snow and wind. Marine of the Week is awarded to Marines, such as Wars, who go above and beyond their peers and display outstanding leadership capabilities, and the Marine Corps core values of honor, courage and commitment.
