As the sun begins to set, an AH-64D Apache attack helicopter pilots from 1st "Attack" Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, takes off from a forward arming and refueling point to take part in Iron Horse Rampage, lane training exercise conducted by 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cav. Div., at Fort Hood, Texas, Sept. 16, 2008. The air/ground integration training is aimed building trust and establishing valuable relationships between the air and ground forces.
