Soldiers representing the 956th Transportation Company, temporarily attached to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division along with Bravo Troop, 3rd Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment, the 710th Brigade Support Battalion, Charlie and Bravo Companies of the 3rd Brigade Special Troops Battalion and the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Brigade Combat Team (from front to rear) are called to attention during an awards ceremony held Feb. 6 at Forward Operating Base Lightning, Afghanistan. The awards ceremony was held to recognize soldiers receiving awards for their actions in combat and soldiers who were promoted to their next grade.
