The 1st Marine Regiment color guard presents the colors while the national anthem plays during a relief and appointment ceremony aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 7, 2014. Marines with the regiment gathered to bid farewell to Sgt. Maj. James Cully, outgoing sergeant major, and welcomed the incoming sergeant major, Sgt. Maj. Reginald Robinson. Robinson said Cully has done an excellent job of getting the Marines ready for combat and is excited and honored to have this opportunity. He said he plans to keep the Marines of the regiment highly disciplined, proficient and ready to accomplish the mission of the Marine Corps.
