A resident of the Aamel neighborhood in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad receives a Wanted Poster Handbill from an Iraqi national policemen of the 2nd Battalion, 5th Brigade, 2nd National Police Division, Sept. 18, 2008, in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. The Wanted Poster Handbill offers rewards of up to $50,000 for the capture of these special groups and militia leaders expected to return to the area. The Iraqi security forces are searching for a known criminal, Wathiq Abd al Jabbar al Thujyal, aka. Abu Muhammad.
