U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jacob Hug video records Royal Thai Marines as they march in formation during a civil disturbance class during Exercise Cobra Gold 2014 at Samaesan Royal Thai Marine Base, Rayong, Kingdom of Thailand. The class teaches how to deal with illegal parades; sit-ins and other forms of obstructions; riots; sabotage; and other forms of crime. Cobra Gold, in its 33rd iteration, demonstrates the U.S. and the Kingdom of Thailand's commitment to our long-standing alliance and regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region. Hug, a combat videographer with III Marine Expeditionary Force, recorded the participation of the Royal Thai Marines of 1st Infantry Battalion held by the Marines of 2nd Platoon, Company A, 3d Law Enforcement Battalion, 3d Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
