U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell returns to home port at Naval Base San Diego, Feb. 13, 2014. The Boutwell returned from a 59-day patrol in the eastern Pacific Ocean where they performed critical Coast Guard missions such as interdicting a drug-laden go-fast vessel and conducting three search and rescue missions.
