Kenneth Soh Feb. 13 at the Ban Tabaek Ngam School in Phitsanulok, Kingdom of Thailand, during Exercise Cobra Gold 2014. The event brought together Royal Thai Air Force members, Singapore Armed Forces members, U.S. service members, students of the school and community volunteers to paint a multipurpose structure built during a combined joint engineering and civic assistance project taking place in the region. Cobra Gold, in its 33rd iteration, demonstrates the U.S. and the Kingdom of Thailand’s commitment to their long-standing alliance and regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region.
