U.S. Army Sgt. Bruce, psychological operations, hands out pamphlets to Iraqi children on Market Street, Karmah, Iraq, Sept. 18, 2008. U.S. Army Soldiers, in conjunction with U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, were conducting an information operations raid by distributing pamphlets and broadcasting recorded messages about key talking points for their area of operation.
