Rebuilding Together New Orleans Director John Skvarka welcomes volunteers and thanks them for helping Algiers residents during the NBA Cares All-Star Day of Service Feb. 14. RTNO is a local nonprofit organization that teamed up with the National Basketball Association’s global community outreach initiative called NBA Cares that included nearly a hundred local veterans and service members doing repairs for low-income homeowners.
