A Sons of Iraq member from the Adhamiyah District of Baghdad hands his paperwork to "Tom" an interpreter working with 2nd Lt. Ralph Moss, a San Antonio native, while registering SoI members with Government of Iraq, Sept. 20, 2008, in northern Baghdad. The contract to pay the SoI members will be picked up by the Iraqi government beginning, Oct. 1, 2008. Moss serves as a platoon leader with Company B, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
