Maj. Gen. James C. Boozer Sr., commander, U.S. Army Japan and I Corps (Forward), is briefed on Pacific Utilities and Logistics Support Enablers – Watercraft exercise by Maj. Josh Panek, deputy support operations officer for the 10th Regional Support Group, during port operations Jan. 24 at White Beach Naval Base, Okinawa, Japan. This represents the first time U.S. Army watercraft assets will be used in support of exercises Cobra Gold and Balikatan for an extended period of time with a projected savings of $5 million in shipping costs.
