Unexploded ordnance is detonated by Royal Thai Navy and U.S. Marine explosive ordnance disposal technicians during Exercise Cobra Gold on Feb. 8 at Ban Chan Krem, Kingdom of Thailand. The training was conducted by Royal Thai Navy and U.S. Marine EOD to share tactics and procedures on how to properly dispose of unexploded ordnance. Cobra Gold, in its 33rd iteration, demonstrates the U.S. and the Kingdom of Thailand's commitment to our long-standing alliance and regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region.
