Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa leadership, U.S. Embassy-Djibouti and key Djiboutian personnel in Eastern Africa traveled to Sankal and participated in the opening ceremonies of the new health clinic. The $322,000 facility includes a, maternity center, living quarters for duty nurses, an incinerator and three cisterns.
