A team of international soldiers follow a US Army aviator carrying a stretcher with a simulated casualty toward a UH-60, Black Hawk helicopter, from 5th Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment during the International Special Training Center, ISTC, Advanced Medical First Responder Course which was conducted by the ISTC Medical Branch from Feb. 3, 2014, through Feb. 21, 2014.
