Luis Rosado, an operating room specialist with the 4220th U.S Army Hospital, Northeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group, Shoreham, N.Y., put on his Advanced Combat Helmet in preparation for land orienteering event during the Best Warrior Competition in Helena, Mont., Feb. 24, 2014. The Best Warrior Competition was developed by retired Sergeant Major of the Army Jack Tilley in 2002, testing soldiers' physical endurance, military knowledge, and mental perseverance. The competition is an opportunity for warriors to highlight their military skills in a competitive environment.
