Patrick Valero, 22, of Belton, Texas, looks over a minivan at the Nonappropriated Fund vehicle auction on Fort Hood, March 1, 2014. The van had been completely customized by its previous owner, with everything behind the driver's seat removed and replaced with large speakers and woofers. There were two trophies from car shows still sitting in the passenger's seat.
