Matthew Gray, of New Baltimore, Mich., and a soldier of the 1st Battalion, 119th Field Artillery Regiment, braves the harsh elements during cold weather operations at Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center, Mich., Feb. 28, 2014. The operation included the transportation of 12 M777 by sling load to a CH-47 Chinook. "It's hard to prepare for a cold day such as this.
