Master Sgt. Scott DeHerrera, 379th Expeditionary Comptroller Squadron, rolls a coat of fresh paint on to a bathroom stall during an effort to bring up to Air Force standards the outdoor latrine facility located nearest his office Sept. 21, 2008, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. The bathrooms were cleaned, scraped, sanded, painted and finally mopped as part of the clean up operation. The work was completed by volunteers from the Force Support and Comptroller Squadrons, who gave up free time on their days off to make the project happen. DeHerrera hails from Colorado Springs, Colo., and is deployed from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
