Robert Weiler, outgoing commanding officer, 2nd Bn., 4th Marines, during a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 7, 2014. The passing of the colors signifies the passing of responsibilities from one commanding officer to another. Weiler, a native of Arlington, Va., will be assuming the role of executive officer of 5th Marine Regiment.
