    Navy Region Hawaii Ceremonial Guard forms up on the pier of USS Utah Memorial on historic Ford Island in preparation of a burial and ashes scattering ceremony to honor Pearl Harbor survivor Chief Petty Officer Herbert B. Power. Power, a diver and crewmember aboard the minesweeper USS Widgeon, was credited on Dec. 7, 1941 with saving the lives of numerous Sailors trapped aboard the battleship USS Oklahoma during salvage operations.
