Sierra Leone Navy Lt. Cmdr. Lawrence Jabati and Ghana Navy Lt. Cmdr. David Kpetigo work in the Dakar Maritime Operations Center (MOC) during Exercise Saharan Express. The MOC coordinates all scenario-based activities of the exercise including combating illegal fishing, trafficking and piracy.
