Craig Collier, commander of 3rd Squadron, 89th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, outside Medical City in Baghdad Sept. 24, 2008. Collier and Ristedt toured Medical City in an attempt to build confidence with local Iraqi leaders in Medical City's ability to provide a safe place for all citizens to receive quality healthcare.
