Cpl. Max Duque, a calibration technician from Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16, leads a squad during a test on drill at Al Asad Air Base in the Anbar province of Iraq on Sept. 24, 2008. The corporals are currently attending corporal's course during which they will learn leadership skills, drill manual, and many other techniques which will help to guide them through their years as a non-commissioned officer.
