Roosevelt during an interment ceremony at the USS Utah Memorial March 20, 2014, at Ford Island, Hawaii. It was Roosevelt's wish to have his remains brought back to Hawaii so he could be reunited with his shipmates who lost their lives during the 1941 attacks on Pearl Harbor.
