Jonathan Champer, joint fire observer, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, sights in on his target during the “in town” portion of the sniper course of fire which was held at Range 205, March 14, 2014. The exercise forced Marines and soldiers to practice long-range shooting from concealed positions inside buildings.
