Sgt. Karter Elliott, a platoon leader with 3rd platoon, Company C, Marine Wing Support Squadron 274, hands out gifts to Iraqi children. The children swarmed the Marines during a security patrol. "The Iraqi children's expressions make it worth while to keep coming back," said Elliott. "They are the future of this country so if we can build a good relationship with the children and over time it can only get better."
