Chief Master Sgt. Caesar Acosta, an aircraft maintenance specialist for the Texas Air National Guard, carries a wheelchair-bound Chilean boy up stairs to look inside the cockpit of a U.S. F-16 Fighting Falcon at the FIDAE Air Show in Santiago, Chile, March 26. Nearly 60 U.S. airmen are participating in subject matter expert exchanges with Chilean air force counterparts during FIDAE, and as part of the events are hosting static displays of the C-130 Hercules and F-16.
