Sgt. Sgts. Asa Rubman and Rachel Littenberg, both of whom serve as paralegal specialists with Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 1st BCT, assisted servicemembers in the registration process. Through their efforts, more than 550 civilians and Soldiers from the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, registered to vote.
