Anhorn, an electrician with the Army Reserve 492nd Engineer Company out of Mankato, Minn., leans down to secure a bolt into part of the fencing that makes up a new detainee holding area (DHA) March 27, 2014, at Fort McCoy, Wis. Anhorn and his fellow engineers have been working for three days to complete the DHA to support the mission of the 400th Military Police Battalion for WAREX 86-14-02, an exercise that trains U.S. Army National Guard and Reserve forces from across the country.
