Oregon Army National Guard 2nd Lieutenants Benjamin Kramer and Matt Parker, assigned to the 3670th Component Repair Company (CRC), establish a tracking board for ambulatory and non-ambulatory casualties during the Vigilant Guard-Alaska 2014 exercise, March 25 - April 3, near Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska. The 3670th CRC provides Citizen-Soldiers specializing in decontamination to the Oregon National Guard's CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) which is participating in the exercise along with the Hawaii National Guard CERFP for training in response to a large-scale earthquake scenario.
