U.S. Marines, serving as opposition force, stand ready to engage Republic of Korea and U.S. Marines performing amphibious landing training while explosive charges detonate a few feet from the shoreline March 31 during Ssang Yong 2014 at Dokseok-ri beach in Pohang, Republic of Korea. The U.S. Navy and Marine Corps team are committed to the ROK-U.S. alliance and conduct exercises regularly to ensure interoperability and maintain strong working relationships.
