Taji, Iraq (September 27, 2005) - CPT Alan Hicks and SSG David Kitchen, both of the 490th Civil Affairs Battalion, Alpha Company (448), discuss their next move with a representative from the Taji Mayor's Cell while at a stop on a mission to collect atmospherics in a small village in Taji, Iraq. Their first stop had been to drop a much needed refrigerator off at a local Iraqi elementary school.
