Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, from 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, practice registering individuals to a simulated Non-combatant Evacuation Operation Tracking System aboard Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, recently. Marines conducted sustainment training on how to use the computer systems as part of their training during BSRF-14. Black Sea Rotational Force is a contingent of Marines and sailors with the mission to sustain positive relationships with partner nations, uphold regional stability and increase military operational capabilities while also providing the ability for rapid crisis response in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions of Eastern Europe.
