Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class John Ludolph, attached to Patrol Squadron (VP) 16, conducts a daily tire pressure check on a U.S. Navy P-8A Poseidon aircraft March 30 prior to a training mission with patrol aircraft from the Republic of Korea navy. The U.S. Navy's P-8A Poseidon is conducting its first training missions in the Republic of Korea in support of Exercise Foal Eagle 2014. VP-16 is currently deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility supporting security and stability operations in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
