Rick Uribe, Marine Aircraft Group 11 commanding officer, explains the uses of the F/A-18 APG-73 Radar System Integrated Test Bench to a group of officers and senior enlisted personnel during an inauguration ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 28.
