U.S. Army Chief warrant Officer Marcel Melo, a pilot with 2-149th Aviation, S.C. Army National Guard works with Colombian aviation military members to share techniques to prepare a UH-60 Black Hawk to load onto a cargo aircraft. An aviation team of three subject matter experts from the S.C. Army National Guard is in the Republic of Colombia in support of the State Partnership Program sponsored by the S.C. National Guard, sharing experience and technical ideas between the countries April 1-7, 2014.
