Capt. Cody Grimm, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment, commanding officer, recently chosen to receive the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award, pauses in front of the HHC 1-5 IN training operations center during a recent field exercise.
