Crewmen aboard the 418-foot Alameda-based Coast Guard Cutter Stratton rush to get off the deck after tying down a Coast Guard Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter to the deck during training off the coast of San Diego, April 3, 2014.
