Fourteen Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) members from the Georgia Air National Guard’s 224th Joint Communications Support Squadron (JCSS) returned home on March 15 following a six-month rotational deployment to sites in the U.S. Central Command’s area of operations. For the duration of the deployment, the 224th JCSS personnel’s communications expertise from their civilian and military experiences enhanced their ability to maintain uninterrupted connectivity at each requested destination in support of Operation Enduring Freedom missions.
