"This is a big morale boost for the Soldiers here," stated Kinloch. "These Soldiers are very professional and this allows my Soldiers to better focus on their job." O'Connell visited the SLCR point operated by Soldiers from the 140th Quarter Master Company, attached to the 398th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 1st SB, as part of his battlefield circulation.
