Aircrews from 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Aviation Regiment, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, conducted an aircraft fire simulation with Butts Army Airfield personnel and Fort Carson Fire Department, during their Pre-exit Plan Rehearsal Training, on Fort Carson, Colo., April 8.
"The training is only required quarterly, but we do it monthly," said Chief Warrant Officer 2 Joseph Wicenzcik, 1-4 ARB battalion safety officer. "This training is invaluable to aircrews, because it has proven to save lives."
